Sandra leads strategic counsel within our Advisory practice, helping institutions align communications, social media and digital strategy under one credible voice across markets. She currently leads communications strategy for a World Bank-funded digital transformation programme in Uganda, following senior communications roles at the Uganda Tourism Board, VirgoComm and Hill+Knowlton Strategies — a career spanning over 15 years across Uganda and Rwanda.

With years spent managing integrated social campaigns and SEO for leading Ugandan brands, he brings performance rigour to every institution’s digital presence.

Mercy supports our governance and public-sector engagements, drawing on experience in international political cooperation at Uganda’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and public relations at the National IT Authority in Uganda. She is completing a degree in Governance and International Relations at Uganda Christian University.

Dean shapes the visual and digital expression of our Strategy work, translating brand direction into distinctive interfaces, websites and campaign experiences. His work spans brand, digital and communications projects for organisations including Red Cross Uganda, Interswitch and various NGOs.

Erick brings over a decade of documentary and institutional photography to our Impact practice, capturing the people, systems and outcomes behind development and government programmes. His portfolio spans national institutions, presidential assignments and international development agencies including UNICEF and the World Bank.
